A super 8mm film shot in Los Angeles sometime in 1989 together with LeRoy “Sunshine” Mills, a homeless, an addict, a poet? a man that years later was throw out of a window in downtown LA under the strangest of circumstances.
A member of the LAPD, Los Angeles Poverty Department Theater Group, we set up to capture instants to illustrate his words.
We started that day with a discussion between him and a fellow homeless ex-boxer, that ended with this fellow punching my face through the window opening of my car… the shaky camera moves could very well be a product of that.
